St. John Ambulance is a non-profit organisation supported by volunteers, dedicated to helping those in need.  St. John Ambulance (Teaching Arm) offers various First Aid and Nursing Courses.

The Brigade (Operations Arm) has been operational in Saint. Lucia since 1963, assisting the community by providing First Aid Coverage at Sporting and Community events and in time of disaster.

The Organisation offers a Youth Co-ed programme for young persons 7 - 17 years old and an Adult Programme for persons above 18 years old.
